When will my game ship?​

We're just as excited as you are.

​

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Reminder:  For the launch in September 2026, orders will ship early to mid November and you will get an email with your tracking number when it's left the building.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Refunds

What if my game arrives damaged?​

​

That shouldn't happen—but if it does, we've got you.

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.

Can I return my game?​

​

If your game is unopened and still in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. Once we receive and inspect the returned game, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

What if I ordered the wrong address?​

Doh! Reach out as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll gladly update the address. If it's already on the truck... we'll do our best, but we can't make any promises faster than the delivery driver.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do everything we can to help but cannot gurantee. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
